Spazio Paestum is a small gallery and a shop situated in the heart of Paestum. It aims to be an active and hospitable space which periodically hosts high quality exhibitions and events, in connection with the territory and its cultural knowledge.
In order to communicate Spazio Paestum we observed the great number of ruins and temples of Greek and Roman origin in the territory. In particular the traces of the stone buildings, draw spaces and patterns that have clearly inspired us to design the logo.
To date we have worked on 6 exhibitions and 2 events, all connected to the territory and its symbols: the bufala, the diver, the aqueduct, the temples, the amphorae, the Mediterranean. For each exhibition we have designed catalogs, posters and invitations, always making the theme of the exhibition coexist within the general identity of the space. We also designed a packaging system to contain each product/souvenir designed specifically for the gallery by different Italian designers.
